Capitol Lakes Property Services is a locally owned company based in
Middleton, Wisconsin. We have serviced commercial and residential
properties in Dane county since 1999, with locations in Middleton and
Springfield.
Our rapid growth can be attributed to a quality product, exceptional
customer service and acquisitions. In 2005, we acquired Blue Grass
Lawn Care and continue to service most of the original customers. In
2007, we acquired another local lawn care company called Forest Green.
The founding members have invested in rental real estate and found it
challenging to locate reliable and quality service providers. Capitol Lakes
was formed and operates with this in mind.
The greatest asset in our company is our staff members. Our dedication
to them is accomplished by providing them with a career opportunity. We
train and educate our staff in all facets of the business. Education has
increased our employee retention while allowing us to build a qualified
and competent workforce. We allow select employees to own a portion of
the company. This pride of ownership lets our staff know that the success
